Art of Parthenopean Cuisine

Napoli is one of the very few Italian cities where curiosities, traditions, legends and its immense history are intertwined for the joy of those who want to read, listen and observe.
Part of this story is certainly dedicated to its culinary tradition; as our grandparents said:”the history of Napoli has been written at the table”.
An art that has evolved during the passage of the various kingdoms that have evolved over time, changing form, but never substance.

Together we will discover the flavors that have enchanted the kings, queens and courts of those who have lived little or long time in this paradise of unique smells and flavors, leaving, each of them, their own culinary imprint, helping to make the dishes of our tradition a treasure trove of delicacies.

Your Kitchen Coach

Stefania Zanco

Born and raised in Napoli, my city forever.

Each recipe is a mission and my army is made up of ladles and pans.
My passion for cooking, I certainly owe it to my mother, great cook and generous teacher; mine is a simple kitchen, within everyone’s reach, I like to share not teach, I like to transmit the joy I feel in cooking for others, eat together and enjoy a coffee, at the conclusion of a magical moment, the true Neapolitan philosophy!
Passionate about Neapolitan history, I will reveal to you, for each recipe, the historical background, so that every preparation will also have the flavour of our past.

“Il migliore pomeriggio passato a Napoli, in compagnia di una maestra di cucina meravigliosa.”

Annalisa e Ascanio • Firenze

“Stefania is a fabulous teacher, I’ve finally been able to learn the secrets of Italian cuisine in Naples.”

Margharet • New York - USA
